Data and purposes
We process registration, access, profile, collection, photograph, list and message data to provide the service. Contract performance supports account and subscription management; security and abuse prevention are based on legitimate interests. Public information depends on the publication settings chosen by the user.
Payments and providers
Stripe receives the billing details supplied for invoicing and processes payments. Tradix does not store full card numbers or security codes. Hostinger hosts the application and its data. The configured email provider processes service messages. Google sign-in is optional and uses identity, email and basic profile information; it does not read the Gmail inbox.
Retention
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Ordinary deletion of items, lists and collections is logical and permits administrative recovery. Invoices and records subject to legal retention remain after a subscription ends. Contact the operator to request erasure of personal data.
Optional analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics 4 measures visits only with your consent, which you can withdraw from the cookie policy. We do not use Google Signals or personalized advertising, or send account, form, search or billing data. The provider is Google Ireland Limited and its affiliates; see https://policies.google.com/privacy for processing information and international transfer safeguards.
Rights and complaints
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by emailing the operator. We will verify your identity where needed. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. International transfers by providers must have the applicable safeguards.
Service communications
We use the billing email to confirm transactions and communicate payment issues, renewals, cancellations and refunds. These messages are not advertising subscriptions. We do not automatically publish sign-in emails or customers' billing details.
